Marsha Telfer is a powerhouse entrepreneur, real estate professional, and mother of four, best known as the co-founder of Reggae Jerk Hut, North Dallas’ first Jamaican-Haitian fusion restaurant. A native of the Tri-State area, Marsha relocated to North Texas, where she seamlessly blends cultural pride, family values, and business savvy. With a background in law and real estate, she made a bold leap into the culinary world alongside her husband Adrian, a chef and U.S. Army veteran, launching a vibrant Caribbean dining destination that has quickly earned recognition from outlets like Travel Noire.
